We approach investing as if we were buying into a private business; therefore, we are selective, long-term investors. Through our proprietary seven-step bottom-up fundamental research framework, we look only for high quality businesses that we believe are best-positioned to benefit from long-term secular growth drivers, and whose stock is selling significantly below our estimate of its intrinsic value.

Primary responsibilities:
Perform in depth, structural, fundamental, company and industry research from a long-term bottom-up perspective by analyzing:
* Business drivers and models
* Competitive and industry analysis
* Financial models and management
* Growth drivers for the business and industry
* Underlying intrinsic value of the business and embedded expectations

* For Analyst Intern candidates – Progress towards an MBA degree or CFA charter with a strong academic background is required
* A true passion for investing and analyzing businesses
* Intellectual honesty, integrity and willingness to learn
* Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
* Strong communication skills
* Critical independent thinking skills
* Enjoys team work
