Seeking an Investment Risk Analyst to perform advanced fundamental investment research and analysis work within the Investments Division, including the implementation and operation of the Investment Risk Management program. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the execution of the frameworks, policies, and procedures for the measurement and reporting of investment-related risks to Trust assets.

Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assists in implementing the integrated risk management framework for all aspects of investment risk across the investment program (i.e.: market risk, liquidity risk, concentration risk, counterparty risk, etc.)
• Proposes new analytics and tools as appropriate to enhance and improve the existing risk-management infrastructure.
• Monitors risk management models and systems, including data management capabilities to support the risk management program and Trust overall.
• Assists in conducting stress testing and what-if scenario analyses to identify and monitor potential vulnerabilities of overall plan investments to key risks. This includes tracking liquidity by forecasting capital calls and distributions as required by the Investment Policy Statement (IPS).
• Works alongside the SRM to provide timely information to the Risk Committee, Managing Director of Portfolio Management, Director of Risk Management, and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) regarding key indicators that are relevant to the Trust outlook and support actionable recommendations.
• Coordinates with the SRM to collaborate with asset-class teams in order to assure proper risk management across asset classes and that underlying portfolios are managed within applicable guidelines.
• Assists with the execution of independent operational due diligence, including reviews of third-party controls, systems infrastructure and personnel, and valuation standards and practices.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Your application for employment must reflect how you meet each of the following minimum qualifications:

1) Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
2) Three (3) years of work experience within investment operations, risk management, investment compliance, and/or operational/financial diligence.
3) Experience using Bloomberg, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other related software.

5) Experience using Burgiss, Albourne, eVestment, and other related software.
