Program Overview 

  • Two-year rotational program with 4 six-month rotations
  • Opportunity to gain valuable diverse experience with multiple asset classes and back, middle, and front office exposure
  • Opportunity for an international rotation as we host this position in three locations: Canada, US, and Hong Kong
  • Financial assistance is provided to cover some of the costs associated with completing the CFA designation.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics or Business Administration
  • Working knowledge of investment/financial markets
  • Familiarity with a variety of financial products and services
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting, financial or investment analysis techniques
  • Ability to be flexible, creative and show initiative while working in a challenging and fast paced environment
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • Solid computer experience using Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with a strong aptitude for learning new software packages
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis (quantitative & qualitative)
  • Helpful: enrollment in CFA

Salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
