The investment team manages the Teachers’ Retirement System of Louisiana in a manner that creates the highest degree of confidence in our integrity, efficiency, fairness, and financial responsibility. Total AUM of $24 billion.

The Investments Department of Teachers’ Retirement System of Louisiana (TRSL) is seeking a motivated graduate or undergraduate student possessing a strong work ethic, integrity, the ability to work well with others and perform investment duties efficiently.

The successful candidate will assist the Investment Department in the research and analysis of current and prospective investment strategies.  Aid in the preparation of analytical reports.  Assist in the review and preparation of quarterly investment reports.  Assist with the preparation of quarterly peer analysis reports.

Candidate may work up to 25 hours per week with a flexible schedule   The salary for this position is $20 per hour.

Candidate must be a full-time student in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in finance or participating in an MBA program and with an interest in pursuing the CFA designation.
