  • Energetic, dynamic, highly motivated, ethical & mature, with an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, organizational skills, attention to urgency and detail, and deadline oriented.
  • Able to work successfully both independently and in a team environment.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in the investment management industry, preferably in wealth management or family office services in a fiduciary or legal capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • CTFA, CFP and/or CFA are preferred – or a willingness to work towards such designations.
  • Experience with financial services operations and transaction processing.
  • Experience administering investment accounts with third-party custodian banks.
  • Experience or proven interest in fiduciary matters / trust administration.
  • A strong understanding of financial transactions and an operational understanding of financial planning, estate and transfer tax issues and income tax issues.
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
  • Systems knowledge: Microsoft Office – especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word, financial reporting and asset aggregation systems, Bloomberg.

Position Description:

Working in conjunction with the Fiduciary and Client Advisory teams and closely supporting Wealth Advisors in Naples, the Analyst will handle the following:

  • Coordinate all necessary resources (internal and external) to provide clients with holistic service, including collaboration with clients’ team of advisors (i.e., accountants, lawyers, etc.).
  • Coordinate preparation for client meetings, and complete follow-up, etc., working directly with client relationship teams to support clients on an ongoing basis.
  • Assist with the new client on-boarding procedures to ensure a smooth and timely transition to the Chilton Trust investment advisory platform.
  • Work with Wealth Advisors to prepare client Investment Policy Statements and regularly monitor compliance with proposed asset allocation.
  • Connect with clients to ensure KYC, anniversaries, and other information is timely, accurate, and complete.
  • Assist with daily client requests (including moderate family office services), coordinate the movement of assets and distributions, help implement investments as directed, assist in the preparation and delivery of reports and address any compliance issues.
  • Work with Operations and our custodian to ensure proper execution of daily tasks, cash management, disbursements, proper account funding, subscriptions and redemptions etc.
  • Assist with daily account administration – review of client statements, obtaining third-party manager performance and holdings reports, addressing accounting issues, managing client files, etc.
  • Process annual account reviews and various audit requests
  • Responsible for maintaining the office in Naples, answering phones, receiving mail, greeting visitors/clients and serving as the point of contact for other Chilton Trust offices.
