We’re looking for an Associate Director, Investment Banking to:

• Identify and tailor strategies for corporate clients through in-depth analysis.
• Support the development of new investment bankers.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
• Identify in-depth industry trends within the consumer products and retail sectors.
• Execute mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions as member of deal team.
• Lead due diligence process for internal committees as part of deal execution.
• Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward.

Your expertise

Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Management and Strategy Analyst, Financial Analyst, Associate, or related occupation.

Alternate Education & Experience Requirement (if applicable)
• The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance or a related field of study and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as a Management and Strategy Analyst, Financial Analyst, Associate, or related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:
• Performing data analysis of financial or client data
• Utilizing analysis techniques including cash flow analysis, comparable company or product analysis, and business-segment analysis
• Analyzing corporate financial statements and balance sheets
• Participating in due diligence sessions
• Financial Analysis
• Topic areas including M&A, Leveraged Finance, and ECM
• Employer will accept a 3-or 4-year degree

Salary information

CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $225,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
