Summer Investment Intern
Investure seeks a highly-qualified student for the position of Investment Intern. Reporting to a senior member of the Investment Team, the summer analyst will be exposed to a dynamic investment management organization and will gain broad exposure to the asset management and principal investing realm. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, passionate about investing, attentive to detail, creative, self-starting, humble, and possess strong computer skills. The Investment Internship provides a student the opportunity to observe and participate in a broad range of investment management functions, including opportunity identification and sourcing, risk evaluation, due diligence, and monitoring. The Investment Intern will also lead a summer-long research project pertaining to a variety of potential investment inquiries. The student will present his/her project to Investure at the culmination of the internship. Exceptional interns will also have the opportunity to work full-time for Investure post-graduation in our three-year Investment Analyst program.

Additional tasks may include the following:
• Research, source, and track investment opportunities as requested
• Support senior investment and operations staff in the investment process including but not limited to analyzing portfolio risk, quantifying key metrics, and identifying opportunities
• Design and generate reports from data sources such as Bloomberg, Microsoft PowerBI, Burgiss PrivateIQ, and Investure’s proprietary systems
• Support the Investment Team with data-related inquiries
• Contribute to outbound sourcing and due diligence on prospective investment opportunities
• Assist with ad hoc research and investment related projects as needed
